Clay Matters 1: Creative Producer, Curator & Grant Writer
In December 2022, Clay Matters Members came together for the first time, post-pandemic, to present Clay Matters 1, an exhibition of ceramic work, at Slow Clay in Collingwood.
I was successful in applying to the City of Yarra for the Climate Action Fund to support the project and acted as Creative Producer for the exhibition.
Clay Matters were delighted to have Victorian Greens Member, Gabrielle de Vietri, as the opening speaker.
10% of funds raised from artwork sales were donated to the Climate Council.
Exhibiting artists: Amanda Bromfield, Pie Bolton, Kat Carling, Claire Ellis, Vicki Grima, Lene Kuhl Jakobsen, Montessa Mack, Cinda Manins, Jane Sawyer, Madeleine Thornton Smith, and Ri Van Veen
